RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you're not satisfied with the RezEnabler™Bass Drum Enhancement System, RezEnabler LLC offers a 14-day from receipt return privilege.
All returns must be in 'new' condition and received in its complete and original packaging with all documentation and accessories included. Equipment that is returned with any 'wear and tear' or missing items will be subject to a refund deduction.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees. Please email us at https://rezenabler.com/contact/ for a Return Authorization before returning any RezEnabler™ product.
WARRANTY
RezEnabler LLC warrants that its products are free of material and workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase to the original purchaser.
RezEnabler LLC will replace defective products, free of charge, with the same or equivalent products to the original purchaser. Upon repair or replacement, a new warranty will not apply. No return shipments will be accepted by RezEnabler LLC without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any and all return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Exclusions to the warranty are:
- normal wear and tear.
- Any modifications or alterations made to original equipment or factory parts.
- Damage caused by neglect, moisture or temperature extremes (including, but not limited to direct sunlight, freezing temperatures, extreme heat and/or direct exposure to the elements).
- Mishandling, shipping incidents, or use other than what may be considered normal. Products purchased from a source other than an authorized RezEnabler™ retailer.
- Any owner other than the original purchaser.

Limitation of Implied Warranties and Exclusion of Damages:
REZENABLER LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REZENABLER LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE, DAMAGE TO ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER ITEMS AT THE SITE OF USE OR INTERRUPTION OF PERFORMANCES OR ANY CONSEQUENCES.
REZENABLER LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR LOSS OF LIFE SUSTAINED FROM THE USE OF ANY REZENABLER PRODUCT.
REZENABLER LLC’ S LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT, AT REZENABLER LLC’S OPTION.
WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE OR 3RD PARTY RETAILER.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This Warranty may give you certain legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This is the only express warranty applicable to the product specified herein; RezEnabler LLC neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it any other express warranty.
Terms and conditions of this limited warranty are subject to change without notice. All products warranted under this specific coverage will be honored.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
Although it is rare, sometimes an order can arrive damaged. If damage to the equipment occurred during shipping, notify us immediately, retain all packaging and cartons for shipper's inspection, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipper's local office.
